I’ve been a fan of Alton Brown since his “Romancing the Bird” episode of Good Eats. I doubled my respect for him when I saw him wear a kilt and do an episode on making haggis. He is one of the most creative, celebrated and recognizable faces on the Food TV Network. (Remember, She-who-must-be-obeyed is a chef.) What a happy thing to find out he is a fellow believer.
Yeah, “born-again” is kind of an odd term because that’s like saying “a see-through window.” But yes, I am a Christian.
